Shared Houses
Not a morning person? Bay of Plenty Polytechnic has accommodation available right next to the Windermere Campus. The accommodation consists of several separate houses that contain two, three or four bedrooms each.
Each of the bedrooms is lockable and is furnished with a double bed and study desk/chair. The living areas and bathrooms are shared with at least one other student depending on the size of the house. Female and male students share houses and are expected to keep them clean and tidy. Provided within the house are essential cooking utensils, washing machine and fridge, and the rooms are fully furnished with TVs. Residents must provide their own linen.
Ideal if you want to just roll out of bed, grab your morning cuppa and leisurely stroll over to class!

Private Board
If you'd rather find private board or a flat check out the list at the Information Centres - we'll try to match your needs to the listings we have available. Alternatively, phone the Information Centre for the list to be sent out to you.
