  • To access 'My Account', you'll need your ID number

Borrowing

  • Your I.D. card is also your library card
  • You must present your I.D. card to borrow library items
  • As you are responsible for all items borrowed on your ID card, it's recommended that you don't lend borrowed items to anyone else
  • 50 items can be borrowed at any one time
  • Remember to return items to the library on time. Fines are charged on recalled items that are returned late.

  • An item will not be renewed if another borrower has placed a request on that item

Hold Available: For an item that is available at Windermere or Bongard libraries

Non-return or Damage to Borrowed Library Items
