National Certificate in Business (First Line Management) Level 4

If you're currently a team leader, supervisor or manager in business, or you aspire to be, this flexible online management qualification can help you further your knowledge and skills in first line management, leadership and human resources.

In this first line management programme you'll take courses in team building, managing conflict, problem solving, health and safety, staff selection and performance management.

Each online course is conducted according to a schedule, but there are no “live” classes to attend. Instead course material and discussions all take place at your convenience. There is still the same high-quality instruction and course content, but without the day-to-day obstacles that may prevent you from pursuing your goals. With online learning, commuting to campus, parking worries and paying for childcare are things of the past.
