Graduate Diploma in Computing (GDipComp) Level 7

This comprehensive course of study provides the technical, theoretical and practical knowledge and skills you need to succeed in computing and IT. Enhance your career opportunities as a network administrator or engineer, systems analyst, software programmer, web designer or developer, database designer & administratior, or multimedia programmer.

The programme is comprised of 7 papers from the Bachelor of Computing Systems Degree (BSC) (at least four at Level 7) and is open to people with a non-computing degree or for IT professionals with no formal qualifications.

Content Details

You will study eight papers from Unitec’s Bachelor of Computing Systems degree; at least five of these will be at level 7, and the rest from Level 5 and 6. Each course is worth 15  credits. You need 120 credits to graduate.

Indicative Fees

  • $572 per 15 credit course, incl. course related costs
  • $4,576 full-time study of one year (120 credits)

The standard published fee is applicable for New Zealand citizens and permanent residents only.

An international fee is payable for non New Zealand citizens/permanent residents.
