"The things I learnt I could immediately apply in my role. The programme content was so relevant to my job. I found it really interesting and rewarding. A few people used to ask me how I balanced the full-time job with the study and I admit it wasn't always easy but it was great to know I would have a qualification to show for it all at the end. That was a buzz for me."
