Poonam Gurung
Current student - Bachelor of Computing Systems

In 2005, Poonam enrolled into the Diploma in Information and Communications Technology Level 5 at the Bay of Plenty Polytechnic and has since gone on to study the Bachelor of Computing Systems.

"I am really happy I made that decision. I had never really intended to study IT, but now I’m really enjoying it. It is challenging but the job opportunities are good and it will give me a lot of flexibility to have such a qualification for wherever I end up travelling and living. It is a very good course."
