Designed for people working with adults in a teaching or facilitation role, this programme will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to become an effective teacher of adults.
This qualification is considered
the minimum requirement for tutors at
Private Training Establishments and for
those training other adults.
Content includes:
Open entry, although it is desirable that you have at least a part-time teaching position, so that skills and knowledge learned can be applied in your work place. It is also beneficial for you to have effective reading, writing and oral skills that will enable completion of assessments at the equivalent of Level 4 on the National Qualifications Framework.
English Language Requirements
If you are an overseas student or a new resident and English is not your first language, please note that study at tertiary level requires both written and oral participation. You may be required to have an IELTS score of 5.5 or a TOEFL score of 500.
Upon successful completion of the programme you will receive: a Record of Achievement.
