Important Note - Student Concerns & Complaints

Bay of Plenty Polytechnic takes students complaints seriously and is committed to dealing with them fairly and promptly. Our goal is to resolve complaints as quickly as possible given the circumstances. Complaints are handled according to a clearly defined set of procedures (see 'Making Things Better' (PDF) brochure).
Concerns or complaints may initially be made informally. Concerns or complaints may also be made in writing to the Head of School or directly to the Complaints Officer, using a form provided by Administrator Team Leader, the Information Centre, Kahurangi Student Services, the Library and Student Worx.
The Students' Association (BOPPSA) is also able to support you in making a complaint.
