Short Courses

Many Short courses and part-time programmes 

To enrol:

• Complete the entire Student Detail and Enrolment Form (PDF).
• Provide enrolment documentation as detailed below.
• Pay the required fee or apply for your Student Loan.  
• Return your enrolment to us either in person, by post, fax or email.

Enrolment Documentation

If you are enrolling in a programme/s of more than .03 EFTS (approximately 18 hours) in an academic year the Tertiary Education Commission requires proof of your legal names, New Zealand citizenship/ permanent residency and date of birth when you enrol. If you have previously provided us with this documentation you do not need to provide it again.

Acceptable proof is:

• A passport or birth certificate with the place of birth stated as New Zealand, Cook Islands, Tokelau or Niue, or a passport showing Australian citizenship. Or
• A passport or birth certificate and a New Zealand Certificate of Citizenship or permanent resident permit in your passport

Note: If you are using your married name that is not on the above documentation, you will also need to provide a marriage certificate.

We must see the original or a verified copy. A verified copy is a photocopy signed by a Justice of the Peace, solicitor, Registrar or Deputy Registrar of the court who has seen the original document and checked that the photocopy is a genuine, unaltered copy.

International Students - If you are not a NZ citizen or permanent resident you are required to pay an international programme fee, and provide your passport and relevant visa.
