Graduation

The graduation ceremonies take place at Holy Trinity Church on the corner of 3rd Avenue and Devonport Road, Tauranga.

Parking

Please do not park on the grass at Holy Trinity.

There is limited parking at the venue, but parking buildings are within walking distance in Elizabeth and Durham Streets, and metered and free car parks are available on the surrounding streets. Please note that the parking buildings close at 6.30pm. See Tauranga City Council's website for more information about parking in the city.

Entry and seating

Entry to graduations at Holy Trinity is by ticket only and seating is on a 'first come, first served' basis. For most graduations both the main and the mezzanine level of the auditorium will be open.

Food and drinks (apart from water bottles) are prohibited in the auditorium.

Young children

You are welcome to bring your children to the graduation ceremony. Any child above the age of 5 requiring their own seat will need a ticket. There are designated areas for strollers. Please don't leave your stroller in the aisles as they become a hazard in case of fire.

A soundproof parents’ room is located in the back of the auditorium. You’ll be able to observe and hear the ceremony while your children can play.

Disabled guests

There are designated areas on the main level of the auditorium for wheelchairs, walkers and strollers.

Schedule of Events

Once the ceremony starts please don't exit through the main doors.

The ceremony takes approximately 2 hours.

Refreshments will be served in the foyer after the ceremony and a photographer is available for portraits or family photos.
