With this certificate you can enter the workforce as an office junior or junior receptionist, or continue your studies at a higher level. You will learn a broad range of skills to contribute positively to business groups or teams, including business administration services, business information and audio information processing as well as computing, communication, customer service and employment skills.

If you are an overseas student or a new resident and English is not your first language, please note that study at tertiary level requires both written and oral participation. You may be required to have an IELTS score of 5.5 or a TOEFL score of 500.
