1. Apple branded computers (including notebooks) are NOT supported by BoPP Servicedesk. All related support calls should be routed through normal School support channels.
2. Bay of Plenty Polytechnic have provided common area locations with network points for attaching Notebook computers to the University of Waikato network. Please use these common areas wherever possible and in preference to requesting additional network point installations.
