Ako Awe
Not sure how to get started writing that assignment? What style of referencing to use? Maybe you need some support with stress management, or some exam tips. If you need help and aren't sure where to start, contact the friendly team at Ako Awe.

'How To' Guides
You might also be interested in these refresher courses which cover things like how to create documents and presentations, and how to put finishing touches on your assignment with tables, headers and footers etc.

Library – Te Puna Mātauranga
We have two libraries at each of our main campuses providing a wide range of resource materials (books, databases, magazines, subject guides, audio tapes, CD ROMs and more). We also offer an inter-loan service from other libraries. If it’s out there, we can get it for you!

Equity/Disability Service
If you need some extra help, the Disability Service is here to assist with support, information and resources including reader/ writer assistance, note taking services, information, specialised equipment and adaptive technology, and specialised tutoring.

Student Hardship Services

Ako Ātea offers a variety of services to students. If you are experiencing financial difficulties which are impacting on your ability to attend classes we may be able to help with referrals to the Foodbank or transport vouchers. To be eligible to apply for vouchers, you need to have been attending your course for at least 3  weeks. Foodbank referrals may be given earlier. Please contact the Ako Ātea staff at the Windermere Campus or Bongard Campus.   This service is available to eligible Bay of Plenty Polytechnic students only.
