A specialised tutor will refine your ‘on the job’ theoretical knowledge to ensure it meets the latest examination requirements.

Theory Examination

The Electrician Theory examination is a ‘closed-book’ examination.  Candidates are not permitted to use reference texts, regulations or standards.  You are allowed to use a calculator.

Indicative Fees

2017 domestic students $317.00 plus exam fee of $85.00 (subject to change)

2017 international students $381.00 plus exam fee of $85.00 (subject to change)

Note this part-time programme is NOT eligible for the payment of Student Loans or Allowances

Exams

Your examination entry form (available from the Information Centre) should be sent, along with your enrolment form, directly to Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology in Windermere no later than 14 days prior to each exam.

Late entries are accepted up to five days prior to the exam but incur a fee of $85.00
