Fruit Production for Profit

Want to upskill and become an effective manager in the fruit production industry? This one year part-time course allows you to learn while you earn and develops all the financial and management skills needed to operate an orchard profitably.

It’s ideal if you've trained in another industry and have crossed into fruit production management, or if you've worked your way up the fruit production ranks and now need management skills.

This course is a ‘blended delivery’ programme, meaning you’ll attend the classes in person but submit all your coursework online. Many students continue on from the New Zealand Certificate in Horticulture (Level 4), but we also offer this training as a short course.
