New Zealand Certificate in Distribution (Level 3)
This hands-on, practical course provides a formal qualification in distribution. Whether you're already in the industry or looking for a new career, with a shortage of qualified people in this area, distribution is a great choice.
You’ll learn about the warehousing and distribution industry, its operating procedures and inventory controls, how to receive and dispatch goods, and much more. This course is taught by supportive tutors from industry, using theory-based learning backed up by practical training on site, as well as work placements in industry.
With these skills under your belt, you'll be prepared for operational roles in a variety of distribution workplaces like storeperson, picker, packer, dispatcher, yards person, administration and operations.

Upon successful completion of the programme you will receive:

Graduates will be able to apply for operational roles in a wide variety of distribution workplaces, for example: storeman, picker, packer, dispatcher, admin./operations.
Potential employers include; distribution firms, store operators, and building supply yards.
Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology PathwaysNew Zealand Certificate in Supply Chain Management (Level 5)
- NCEA Level 1 or equivalent
- Applicants must be 16 years of age
ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTSInternational applicants for whom English is not their first language will be required to show evidence of language competency, issued within the last two years, before being eligible to enrol in any non-English programme. The level of competency required is outlined in Rule 18 and Appendix 2 of the NZQF Programme and Accreditation Rules 2013. And below under the title English Competency.
Level 3 certificate IELTS General or Academic score of 5 with no band score lower than 5 or completed NZ Certificate in English Language L3 with an endorsement of either General, Workplace or Academic, or meets a relevant English Proficiency Outcome as outlined in Rule 18 and Appendix 2 of the NZQF Programme and Accreditation Rules 2013.
For domestic applicants for whom English is not their first language, evidence of language competency may be required.
