This course gives you the higher-level knowledge needed to help you move into a supervisory or management position, where you will be able to play a role in enhancing customer servicing and boosting business performance.
You develop your communication skills with staff and customers, and learn how to deal with customer complaints. You also gain more in-depth knowledge in the areas of human resources, employment law, health and safety and product security.
Practical, on-the-job projects mean you get to apply your learning directly to your workplace.
